Oyster month in collaboration with Austerium

A plate of oysters on ice, a glass of something sparkling and nowhere you’d rather be.

This season, from 6 November to 30 December, we’ve teamed up with Austerium to bring you fresh, premium oysters from La Famille Boutrais, one of France’s largest oyster farms. They’re served with a champagne vinaigrette sauce, alongside a selection of wines and bubbles picked by our sommelier.
